Dear Reymark,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted and are being considered by R1 RCM
Philippines, Inc. (the "Company") for the position of Jr. Associate

Your proposed Monthly Basic Salary will be ₱20,000. In addition to the basic salary you will receive 13th
month pay and other allowances as applicable.

While you have been shortlisted, an employment offer is not yet being extended to you. A separate
employment offer may be extended to you, conditional on the following:

• Your successful Completion of the Assessment conducted by Viventis. Before assessing you, Viventis
will train you, which will include Systems, Basic Healthcare, Customer Service, Insurance and other
relevant trainings; and, at the end of the training, you will be required to take and pass the final
assessment with outstanding ratings.
• The satisfaction of the Company with the results of the background and medical checks on you. You
consent to the said checks, and hold the Company and any persons who participate in the checks free
and harmless against any claim arising from the said checks. You authorize the professionals
conducting the checks to release to and discuss with the Company's representatives the results of the
checks.
• You are not subject to any agreement that prohibits or limits your ability to be considered for
employment and, at the discretion of the Company, to be employed with the Company.
• The issuance of the required work visa and alien work permit by the relevant Philippine government
agencies if you are not a Filipino national and have no authority to work for the Company in the
Philippines. In the latter case, the start date stated above will not apply and will be moved to a date after
you have the necessary authority to work for the Company.
• You sign and submit other agreements and documents that the Company may require.
You agree to the sharing of your personal information and sensitive personal information as defined in
Philippine laws with Viventis.

If you are offered employment by the Company and you accept the same, you will undergo probationary
period in accordance with the employment offer and employment agreement. You will be evaluated against
the Company's standards for regularization of employment during the probationary period. The standards
include external appearance, attendance and punctuality, job competence, attitude, discipline, attitude
towards co-employees and superiors, work quality, background and medical checks, and trainings.

If you choose to accept the terms of this letter, you need to return a signed original to Marvin
Lagamia/Arman Milan De Leon no later than Thursday, April 7, 2022. If you do not return a signed original
to the said person by the said date, your application for employment with the Company shall no longer be
considered.
