    Firstly, it is obvious that cellphones will undoubtedly

    Secondly, cellphones might be used to take pictures of
    others without their permission, which is can be
    .considered bullying. And furthermore, is illegal
    Next, there are apps on cellphones which are able to do
    your work for you, for instance, "PhotoMath", is an app
    which detects your math exercise using your camera
    and presents you the answer and the calculations. This
    is all despite that the app is meant to assist you in
    .exercises you did not understand
    In conclusion, I support the rule which according to
    cellphones are not allowed in class. And suggest not to
    .change it
