Strong Recommendation Phrases

Many of your caregivers/vaccine

After the strong recommendation:

If the caregivers/vaccine recipients show that they accept your strong

recommendation, you can go ahead and administer the vaccines.

If they accept your strong recommendation, and you vaccinate, you will also:

• Give your normal counseling on possible side effects;

• Review when to come back and what to do if they have a question or are worried once
they return home;
• Give them their departure affirmation.

If after your strong recommendation, the caregiver/vaccine recipient indicates

they still have specific questions or concerns, you need to spend more time with
them.
