Agreement for information consulting services

Limited Liability Company «NS MANPOWER », represented by the CEO MD, AYYUB
(hereinafter referred to as the «Agent»), acting based on the Articles of Association,
on the one hand NAME OF CANDIDATE, NATIONALITY ---------,
PASSPORT ---------, (hereinafter referred to as the <AGENT>), has entered into this
Agreement regarding the following:

1. The subject of the contract

1.1. Under this Agreement, the intermediary undertakes to provide the Client with
information consulting law services, and the Client undertakes to pay for the specified
services. Searching for an employer and providing a job is accessible under this
contract.
1.2. The volume of mediation services may vary by additional agreement between the
parties.
1.3. The Parties may determine the list of services the Mediator may provide for payment.
1.4. We do not charge a fee for job placement; instead, we charge for the following services:
cost of a lawyer, human resource consultants, sworn translation, Airport Pickup Service,
Accommodation Service, Health Insurance, Currency Exchange, Bank Account Opening,
Assistance in Obtaining Temporary Resident Permit, Employee Medical checkup, etc.

2. Contract fee. The order of settlements between the

parties

2.1. The Total fee under this Agreement is ----- EUR for 1 applicant.
2.2. Advance on this Agreement is ---- EUR FIRST PAYMENT DATE ON -----
2.3. The other part of the Additional amount of ---- EUR after the intermediary sends a
photocopy of the work permit to the email.

2.4. Additional charge of 100 EUR for DHL Express payable within 2 days once we
provide you with a scan. (Note: we can not keep your document for more than 5 days
additional fees per day of 10 Euro are payable if exceeded 5 day hold period)
2 3. The final payment of 00 EURO after getting visa approval (within 5 days after the visa
is issued)
2.4. Additional Transaction Charges
● Bank Transfer in Company account 0% Additional charge (Bank Detail on Bottom of
page)
● Debit/Credit Card 5% Additional on the total amount (Upon Request)
● Transfer Wise, Money gram, Ria etc. The exact Receiver amount and commission
need to be paid by the sender. (Upon Request)
2.5. The fee for this Agreement is paid by the client within 2 day from the date of receipt of
this Agreement.

2.6. Payment under this Agreement is considered to be fully realized at the moment of its
transfer to the Intermediary's bank account.
2.7. Deadlines – Estimated 05-15 Working Days

3. Obligations of the parties

3.1. Under this agreement, the mediator agrees:

3.1.1 To provide the Client with information-consulting services.

3.2.2 To inform the Client of the progress of the implementation of this Agreement.
3.3.3 Provide the Client with current rules of the visa customs regime; crossing the
state border labour legislation and the status of a foreigner in the country of
residence.
3.4.4 To prepare and translate the Client's Summary based on the submitted
documents;
3.5.5 Conduct consultation with the Client on the conditions of work of the
employee, on the rights and obligations of the employee in the host country, on the
bodies and institutions that protect the interests of employees in the host country

3.2. Under this Agreement the Client undertakes

3.2.1. Properly comply with the terms of the Agreement;

 3.2.2. To provide the Mediator with reliable data and copies of documents for the
registration, registration, and issuance of the invitation set the sample and cost.
3.2.3. Inform the Mediator of the stages of the visa process in the host country.
3.2.4. comply with all directions of the Mediator regarding the preparation of
employment documents; - inform the Mediator of the signing of the employment
contracts with the employer and the actual working conditions immediately after the
signing of the agreement;
3.2.5. During the interview at the Embassy provide reliable data on the Mediator and
the employer. - inform the Mediator about arrival, at least 10 working days, with an
exact indication of the date, time, and the number of the flight.
3.2.6 The subject of this agreement is not the opening of a visa for the
Customer. To do this, the Customer independently submits documents for opening
the appropriate visa type. Documents for obtaining the relevant visa may be
submitted by the Contractor at the request of the Customer, according to a separate
agreement and provided that the consulate allows the impersonal submission of
relevant documents for obtaining a visa.
3.2.7 Ensure strict compliance of the documents required for visas with all
requirements of the consulate, including the requirements for the passport, its
validity, date of issue, number of free pages, photos, health insurance, and more.
3.2.8. Get acquainted with the provisions of the Visa Code, and follow all the rules
and regulations of the visa.
3.2.9. Do not allow third parties to interfere in the work of the Contractor
by transferring documents for electronic registration to third parties and preventing
the proper fulfillment of obligations undertaken by the Contractor by conducting
electronic registration in-house or other available means.

4. Conditions for the waiver of the contract. Change

and termination of the contract.

4.1. The Client may cancel the Contract at the time of its execution by the Intermediary, in
which case the Client's advance will not be returned.
4.2. The Parties may change this Agreement by agreement.
4.3. The mediator is not responsible for the delays of public authorities in issuing work
permits.
4.4. The mediator is not responsible for delays in appointments at the Embassies in
the countries where you will be applying for visas.
4.5. If the client is unable to apply for the visa within 60 days from the day of a work permit
/work contract being issued permit will automatically expire.
4.6. The issued document will be in the country's official national language polish. You
cannot request a work permit in English
4.7. You should check with the embassy regarding the appointment slot before and after
applying for a work permit
4.8. The money which you paid is non-refundable in case of failure of Visa
application submission
4.9. Money is non-refundable in case of embassy stop accepting application for this category
4.10. 100% non-refundable if you do not sign the hard copy of the agreement and duly
returned it to us.
4.11. 100% non-refundable if you purchase & change your mind later and decide to withdraw.
4.12. 100% non-refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services.
4.13. 100% non-refundable if the client submits supporting fake or fraudulent documents.
4.14, 100% non-refundable in case the client submits the required additional documents
needed by the consulate too late.
4.15. In case your visa gets rejected against re-appeal, the first pre-payment and second
payment are non-refundable in any condition.
4.16. If the VAT is applicable then the VAT component is paid to the Government of Ukraine
and Immigration UA LLC does not reclaim. Hence, the VAT amount of 20% is
non-refundable. Hence, these amounts are non-refundable.

5. Responsibility of the Parties. Exemption from

liability of the parties.

5.1. The Parties shall be liable for the non-execution or improper performance.
5.2. If the documents to be provided to the Client will be determined at the Embassy as fake
(authentic) and this will be indicated in the refusal, the Intermediary undertakes to return
the money paid by the Client.
5.3. The mediator has no right to influence the results of the visa process in the country of
your stay, as this is contrary to the country's law and entails the liability specified by law.
Instead, the Mediator undertakes to provide free consultations in filling in all questionnaires,
cards, applications, and additional documents for the Embassy. And also provide the
information necessary for an interview at the Embassy.
5.4. If the Client is denied Visa funds paid by the Client will be nonrefundable.
5.5. If in case after refusal client requests to reapply visa or appeal against the visa decision
we can help to prepare an appeal letter through an employer
5.6. Client needs to book an appointment by him/herself
5.7. If the work permit expires due to any reason money paid is non-refundable

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Client is obligated to keep in secret all information from the Intermediary that has
become known to him in connection with the implementation of this Agreement.

7. Force majeure events

7.1. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under
this agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances
are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control:
acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil
commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of
the internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes
in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion,
