 Good afternoon, my name is Maria Cecilia Perdomo, I am currently studying advertising

development with the instructor ANA MARIA LOPEZ OSORIO, and file number 2547476. As an

apprentice I must be aware of studying hard and my greatest effort is to achieve my dream.

Flexibility and adaptability are very important in all the contexts in which we interact: family,

academic and work; In the family there are problems such as aggressiveness, division between the

children, separations and estrangements; academically: the lack of economic, affective and moral

support, violence and intra-family rupture, impede the true academic growth of the apprentice.

At work, the lack of teamwork impedes professional success. The possible solutions in all

the mentioned fields is teamwork, a very important competence that, if practiced within the

family, empowers people with high creativity, ease of learning and rich in communication, making

them very productive and prosperous in all the spheres of life.
