Root Cause: SIGNAL FROM RADAR ON 2P GOT FROZEN DUE TO FAILURE ON RADAR UNIT INTERNAL FAULT Corrective Action: ALL TERMINAL CONNECTIONS OF RADAR TERMINAL BOX WERE CLEANED AND REDID, ESP. PAY ATTENTION COMMUNICATION TERMINAL RS 485A-RS 485B (5&6). COMMUNICATION UNIT AND SAFETY MODULE WERE RESTARTED. AFTER TANK CLEANING OPERATION WE WILL CHECK EMITTER AND REFLECTOR OF RADAR UNIT INSIDE THE TANK,
