NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF WOMEN’S

EMPOWERMENT FORUM

In cognizance to the Women’s Month Celebration, Jacinto D. Malimas Sr. National

High School conducted a forum on Women’s Empowerment last March 31, 2023 at
Guadjos, Piglagahan, Brgy. Santiago, Gingoog City.

It was an interesting and fun-filled activity exclusive for female teachers with our
invited speaker, Mary Neva Grace C. Chipada, School Head of Agay- ayan Elementary
School. Her talks reminded us of our worth in our respective family and even in the
society. We enjoyed much in the activity introduced to us by our speaker and
everyone participated. Indeed, there was no dull moment.

The true-to-life experience of our speaker made us realized our individual worth and
had inspired us to be better and best in life, empowered but never powerful.

It was a worthwhile forum since the resource speaker left “take aways” that led to a
broader understanding and realization of the roles and responsibilities of teachers,
and wives as well. Through this forum, each one had been reminded of a vital role
that she is responsible for. Indeed, it was an awakening opportunity that we
treasured since it had strengthened our moral values and spiritual qualities.

The school is forever grateful to everyone who in one way has contributed to the
success of the activity. Thank you for the time and effort extended and we look
forward for another support as we continue to discover more of ourselves as
“empowered women” for a better relationship among our family, students and
stakeholders as well.
