• Quotations are subject to change due to factors beyond Expeditors' control, including without limitation fuel, war risk and security surcharges; General Rate Increases;
Peak Season Adjustment Factors; scope modifications; cargo screening; Acts of God; availability of transport resources; strikes and labor disputes; wars, riots,
embargoes and civil unrest; and changes in the market prices available to Expeditors. Expeditors reserves the right to adjust its Quotations accordingly.
• This quote shall supersede any prior quotes or oral agreements/discussions pertaining to the quoted rates. Unless mutually agreed to in writing, quotations are not
binding.
• Rates are valid for 30 days from the date of this quote unless revised or revoked.
