Act as a business partner for the ReadyMix Concrete Business, Supply Chain, Finance & HR. Plan
and execute people annual plan in line with Country’s strategy and People agenda and in
cooperation with the HR COE team in the delivery of core people processes, in terms of performance
management, organization development, culture, learning & development, talent management,
talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, operations
optimization (attendance, overtime, etc.) and management systems compliance to achieve better
business results, build morale and increase productivity, retention and enhance industrial
performance excellence.

Health & Safety:

1) Sets and executes the annual HR plan to make sure assigned populations are HSE competent
enough and physically fit to perform their jobs through org development, competencies assessment,
development programs and proper staffing.
2) Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety
and safe working practices are maintained.

Functional:

1. Partner with the relevant stakeholders to develop and implement HR str ategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Address and manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital (employee engagement)
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
business units

along with COE identifies and develops the required learning solutions

1. Provide the business with outsourced labor needs; in line with business plans
(AOP) and COSO requirements, & according to the specified job requirements to
ensure smooth operation of the business.
2. Ensure that numbers in sites as per the plan and in compliance with health and
safety requirements
3. Manage the relationship with DL’s suppliers in line with KPI’s and annual
contracts to ensure proper execution of all contract articles covering; insurance,
medical, transportation, uniform…..etc.
4. Challenge labor needs with relevant stakeholders in partnership with HR
Managers (Commercial, Operations & SF) to reach the optimum standard crewing
(Organization Chart) for each function.

across Pepsi Egypt (6 plants – 24 Distribution Centers), and PepsiCo HQ as well.
6. Spot/discuss issues & challenges related to outsourced labor with relevant
stakeholders to ensure retention of these colleagues in the business, develop
action plans to solve these issues and work on them
7. Implement new initiatives such as R&R for outsourced labor in partnership with
HR Teams.
8. Negotiate/renew outsourced contracts in partnership with HR Team in line with
the guidelines from the C&B and market practices to ensure competitiveness in
the market.
9. Implement and monitor the outsourced labor system, policies & procedures in
partnership with HR Managers to maximize the value of outsourced labor service
to the business.
10. Apply HR initiatives - as relevant - to outsourced labor to ensure consistency of
standards.
11. Partnering with the Global Procurement team to ensure having the right pool of
outsourced labor contractors that would supply the business with the needed
caliber in line with company systems to support business operation.
12. Works on initiatives to reduce turnover with consideration of cost
13. Have an eye on contracted labor performance & evaluation to create the r ight
pool that can grow into Chipsy roles.
