A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE REQUEST OF TERESITA ELEMINO IN

RELATION TO HER APPLICATION FOR FENCING PERMIT SITUATED AT
PUROK BATONG, CAMBARO, MANDAUE CITY.

WHEREAS, the Committee Chairman of Infrastructure & Public Works, Barangay Kagawad
Joel B. Cortes conducted an ocular inspection of the proposed site;

WHEREAS, the construction of fence is situated at Purok Batong, Cambaro, Mandaue City
under the property name of DONATO ALINDAJAO with Tax Declaration No. 2017-006-00827;

WHEREAS, Teresita Emelino is requesting barangay clearance or an endorsement in relation to

her application for fencing permit;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay Council present namely Punong Barangay Maria
Celma C. Sanchez, SBM Maricar S. Cañete, SBM Joel B. Cortes, SBM Nera B. Salazar, SBM
Hernan F. Omolon, SBM Daniel A. Quiño Jr., and SK Chairperson Mary Hazel P. Truz, agreed
while SBM Junil A. Almodiel disagreed, provided to endorse the said application, that the
Office of the Building Official will conduct necessary inspection and final evaluation prior to the
release of the permits;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Building Official conducted necessary inspection and evaluated
the site for fencing permit;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Building Official finalized the inspection and informed Barangay
Cambaro to issue a resolution to Teresita Elemino for fencing permit to proceed.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SB Member Joel B. Cortes, duly seconded by Punong
Barangay Maria Celma C. Sanchez, SBM Maricar S. Cañete, SBM Joel B. Cortes, SBM Nera B.
Salazar, SBM Hernan F. Omolon, SBM Daniel A. Quiño Jr., and SK Chairperson Mary Hazel P.
Truz :

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the resolution endorsing the

request of Teresita Elemino in relation to her application for fencing permit situated at Purok
Batong, Cambaro, Mandaue City.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of Sangguniang

Panglungsod, Office of the Building Official and other government agencies concerned for their
information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED without objection as proposed by SB Joel B. Cortes.
