    2. Can an organization be totally free of political behavior? What would it be like? How could
    you make it happen?

    3. Think of an organization you are familiar with, what types of power are used by the
    manager/head. How do the people react to those? What changes would you recommend?

    4. Think of an organization, what are the different controls that the managers/head adapt. Are the
    controls effective in the organization or department? What are the reactions of their
    subordinates?

    5. What are the advantages and disadvantages of delegation? What is your perception about
    delegation?
