•This is a sample menu. Menu will can be changed accordingly with mutual discussion.
•Only Seasonal vegetables will be served.
•If there is any items not available in the market the same will be informed to client in advance before changing the menu.
•Packing charges extra.

Note:
•Minimum Wages is considered as per Orissa State Wage
•If there is any MW revision Kapston will revise the same with arrear.
•As the contract is for 3 years hence Gratuity is not considered.

CTC Manpower Monthly Lumsum-Rs.417224-+18% GST applicable.

Please note the rates are exclusive of GST. 5% GST applicable

 PANTRY SERVICES
Note:
•3 Pantry boys are for Morning shift, Afternoon Shift & Night Shift.
•No Reliever considered.
•OT will be reimbursed for weekly off.
•Materials will be reimbursed on actual along with GST applicable.
•18% GST APPLICABLE
 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
SDS ACCURA SCOPE:
1. SDS WILL PROVIDE RAW MATERIALS FOR COOKING
2. MANPOWER WILL BE PROVIDED BY SDS. FOR SERVICE CLIENT WILL REIMBURSE THE CTC DETAILS MENTIONED..
3. SDS WILL PROVIDE UNIFORM & ID CARDS FOR STAFFS.

CLIENT SCOPE:
1. CLIENT WILL PROVIDE SPACE FOR OPERATING THE CAFETERIA FREE OF COST.
2. CLIENT WILL PROVIDE ELECTRICITY & WATER FREE OF COST.
3. CLIENT WILL PROVIDE FUEL FREE OF COST.
4. CLIENT WILL PROVIDE CUTLERIES & CROCKERIES FOR STAFFS HAVING MEALS
5. EQUIPMENTS FOR SERVING FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT.
6. GARBAGE DISPOSABLE FOR PLATE WASTE & FOOD WASTE WILL BE DONE BY CLIENT THIRD VENDOR.

9. STAFF ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT
 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) The above rates are exclusive of all GST, & other taxes as & if applicable time to time.
2) Duration of contract between CLIENT & SDS ACCURA shall be 03 years (36 months) from date of commencement of services renewable further on
mutual consent with rate increment YEARLY.
3) In case of change in the scope of work, SDS ACCURA will have the right to approach CLIENT for additional resources or price restructuring which will
be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
4) SDS ACCURA would abide by all prevailing rules and regulations of the company and as may be amended from time to time.
5) SDS ACCURA would produce all necessary valid permits/license for the purpose of commercial activities.
6) The above commercial proposal has been computed in keeping with current market rates and trends & thus will be valid for 30 days from the date of
submission.
7) SDS ACCURA requires 15 days to start operations from the date of LOI & AGREEMENT.
8) CLIENT will provide the space for Locker room.
9) SDS ACCURA shall raise invoice every fortnight for the services rendered during the preceding 30 days.
10)CLIENT shall make the payment within 45 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
11)SDS ACCURA shall ensure that it’s representative is available for proper administration and supervision at the work to ensure satisfaction of CLIENT.
12)SDS ACCURA would require the legal contract, with CLIENT, to be executed 15 days prior to the commencement of the operations.
13)Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by giving 60 (Sixty) calendar days prior notice in writing.
14)SDS ACCURA shall provide adequately trained staff for carrying out the services. .
