a) Document your findings on yourself in the four areas focused on in your evaluation in section 1 as discuss
your strongest area.

Discuss positive and negative of the followings areas

Empathy: Having empathy helps me to understand and create good relationships with some educators, children
and families. On the other hand having lack of empathy to some people it stops me to work positively with
them.

Emotional Self-control: The positive side of emotional self control is that I can keep working professionally
even tough I feel stressed, sad or frustrated. The negative side is that sometimes is hard to hide emotions from
others.

Positivity: Being positive helps me to create a good environment for children and families.

Adaptability: Being flexible is very useful when different situations need to be faced and it helps me to improve
my skills and knowledge. Sometimes adaptability make other people think that you’re happy to work more than
you should.

b) Reflecting on the results, identify what stood out for you in terms of what it tells you about yourself as a
person.

Reflecting on the results I identified two main strengths and one main weakness. I have the ability to create a

main weakness I have identified is my low acceptance or tolerance, and incapacity of having a professional
