Scope of Work

1. Title
We design, build and test industrial oily water separation equipment.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to modify a current PLC code to achieve the functionality as described by in
the Process Control Philosophy.

1.1 Task Output:

Provide the PLC code ready for the Ultraspin Engineers to load onto the PLC ready for Factory Acceptance Testing

• PLC Code in native format

1.2 Requirements & Constraints:

• PLC code must be suitable for Schneider Zelio SR3B261BD PLC
• PLC code is to be written according to the inputs and outputs as shown on the Electrical Schematic
• PLC code must comply with the given Process Control Philosophy

1.3 Criteria & Objectives:

The PLC code needs to be in accordance with the supplied documents and must fully function with the system.
Carefully review documents and drawings, if any questions, please ask.

1.4 Ultraspin Information provided:

• Process Control Philosophy – Description of the desired functionality of the control panel.
• Electrical Schematic – This Electrical Schematic has been provided as per the as-built specification. The
Electrical Schematic also includes a component list and the Control Panel layout.
• Example PLC Code – I have a PLC Code that can be used as a starting point.
