Things that I learned in the Unit II

During the second unit we were working a little more dynamically, since the
teacher divided us into teams and made presentations on different computer
science topics.
One of them was customer email, which is a software application where you
can send and receive emails to interact with customers.
We saw different types among which were: Gmail, Outlook, ICloud, among
many others.
The business email that consists of creating a professional email began by
putting the person's name correctly and without nicknames, and sometimes
the company name is included, to see it formally to take the appropriate
seriousness. Example: LeslieOrtega.hoteleraSegobia@gmail.com
Also the functions of the emails, among which they include: sending and
receiving messages automatically, facilitating the copying of messages from
many people, message notifications, creating graphs.
We also saw how emails help us in business, and can increase the efficiency,
productivity and readiness of your business, sending an email costs the same
regardless of the distance and the number of people it is sent to, a Email
should reach its recipient in minutes, or at most a few hours, your message
will be stored until the recipient is ready to receive it, among other things.
We saw what was a blog, what it was for, some examples and in which
branches it can be used, it is like a place where you find information
informally on topics such as food, clothing, music, travel.
Also the discussion forums on the internet where you interact like many
different types of people around the world on a common topic creating a
group that anyone can access.
We saw social networks which is a form of communication that is created
online and you can share information, ideas, messages with other people,
content such as videos, photos. Example: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,
Youtube.
Also a commercial email, among which come:
B2C - Business to consumer.
B2B - Business to business.
C2B - Consumer to business.
C2C - Consumer to consumer.
And finally, about ICloud, which is a cloud to store information, a database
and many other related topics.
