DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, CLARITA M. JOSE, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Block
31, Lot 22, North Matrix Camarin, Caloocan City , for and in consideration of the sum of
THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php378,000.00) Philippine Currency,
to me and in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, SANTIAGO
CITY, a duly existing barangay local government unit , represented by its Punong
Barangay LEOFIN S. PASCUAL, do hereby SELL, CEDE, DELIVER AND CONVEY by way of Deed
of Absolute Sale unto said BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, SANTIAGO CITY, her heirs, assigns,
and successors-in-interest ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (125 sq.m.) square meters portion
of the following described property:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1423-B of the subdivision plan Psd-49722,

being a portion of Lot 1423 of the cadastral Survey of Santiago, L.R.C. Cad.
Record No. _____), situated in the Barrio of Buenavista, Municipality of
Santiago, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Containing an area of TWO
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY ONE (2,191) square meters, more or less,
covered by and embraced in TCT No. (T-29530) SC-27912 of the Registry of Deeds
for the Province of Isabela.

That I hereby warrant peaceful possession of the above-described property.
