FEED BACK WELDING TIPS BY MACHINEMAZE

Supplied 2 different tips.

50 each of E7T0077
50 each of E7T0078

Dimensions are as follows:

Comments welding wise:

1. We have welded with the tips and found to issue. The tips are performing well.

Comments dimensional wise:

1. Restriction internal diameter of the tip.

The internal diameter of the tip appears to be alright (I cannot measure it myself exactly), but at
the end where the wire comes out of the tip (at the sloped side), on some of the tips there is a
restriction. It looks like the restriction (burr) is caused during machining the end of the tip to
length. Pushing the welding wire or tip cleaning device through the tip will open up de ID and
remove the restriction.
This issue occurred on approximately 50% of the tips.
See also video showing tip and pushing through a tip cleaner. You have to put some force on the
cleaner to push it through. Bit hard to see, but you can hear the scrapping noise of the cleaner
removing the burr.

2. The length of the sloped part of the tips are too short. This applies to both the long and the
short tip. The changes the angle of the slope (dimension E on the drawing) which is a critical
factor for us. All tips have this issue.
Both issues were also present on the checked sample tips.
Below is photo of 2 tips. Left side is from MachineMaze and right tip is original. The sloped end is about
2mm short.

Short tip E7T0077
