"ASPIRE" an initiative to nurture innovation culture

We initiated project ASPIRE to make innovation as a way of life for Endurians. We celebrate
our employees across functions at all levels for their innovative ideas via IdeaFest event.
More than 12,000 ideas have been received so far which have improved quality, reduced cost,
enhanced safety and have contributed to the environment. We further motivate our employees
by inviting esteemed leaders to share their insights. Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath

Featured Innovation
We are the first tier 1 supplier in India to develop a state-of-the-art proving ground to test our
products directly on the vehicle. Spread across 29 acres, the Endurance Proving Ground
(EPG), enables us to test our suspension, transmission and braking products across different
surfaces including high speed performance track, ride evaluation track, ABS evaluation track,
ride & handling track, gradient track, steering pad, mud & water trough, dust tunnel &
country track. EPG is managed from a central control tower at the Operations Centre which
includes the fully-equipped confidential workshops required for preparing the vehicles for
testing, riders’ rest areas and the test track maintenance building. EPG has certified test riders
trained by global experts in vehicle riding and evaluation of suspension, transmission &
braking products.

ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) has certified our EPG for testing two and
three wheeled vehicles.

Presence across the world

We have 4 dedicated DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research) approved

R&D Centres located in Aurangabad and Pune, India for each of our product verticals. There
are 2 Technical Centres located in Turin and Rovereto, Italy.

SDP: Supervisory Development Program

SDP is a focused training initiative that aims to enable frontline supervisors across
departments and locations to drive delivery for their teams. The participants build their
technical and behavioural skills through interactive sessions consisting of games and
exercises. Post the trainings, each participant is provided with the opportunity to apply their
learnings via specific projects mentored by their respective HOD.

Endurance Youth Leadership Program (EYLP) is a comprehensive employee development

initiative that aims to develop the next line of leaders and build people capabilities to meet
