Dear Engr. Tumnob,

Good day!

We regret and apologized for the delayed of your order for reference PO#: 2019110, as per the Order Confirmation
from Siemens last January 29, 2020. The ETA of your order items will be on March 13, 2020 however we cannot
guarantee that this will arrive on time. This order will be shipped via sea freight, and there are also some local issues
that we cannot control such as customs clearing and Siemens has a flaw on their delivery process here, we already
asked for their explanation why this happens.

To resolve this issue, while waiting for their explanation, we are keeping in monitor and coordinating this with them
from time to time.

We know that this issue causes you so much burden, and again we apologized for the inconvenient. We will keep you
posted, and will provide status update from time to time.
