STATEMENT OF CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 is intended to protect the U.S. State of
California’s citizens and the State´s drinking water sources as well as inform citizens about exposure to
some specific chemicals. This Act, commonly known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65), establishes a list of
chemicals which the state of California’s risk assessment process has determined to present a risk of
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The Proposition 65 chemical list can be found at:

Some products supplied by Qualtek Electronics may contain chemicals which are listed on California’s
Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Our products are not designed to release or
expose users to any of these chemicals. Qualtek products are “articles” as defined by the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Under normal conditions of use our products do not release
more than very small quantities or trace amounts of a hazardous chemical and does not pose a physical
hazard or health risk to employees.
