 Sand – River sand / M sand
 Aggregate – 20mm & 40mm
 Basement stone as per available size
 CC Brick ( 12”x8”x6”)

Our prices for the scope of work as mentioned in the Annexure - I is
@ ₹7810/- Per Running meter.
Approximate Estimated Value for 583 Meters is
@ ₹45,53,230/-
Extra Charges:
 JCB Charges – Rs.1500/- per hour.
 Tractor Charges – Rs.3500/- per day.

Delivery Period:
Within 90 Working days from the date of P.O and advance with 10 days grace period.
Inspection:
At the time of work execution at site by your engineers.
Payment terms:

 30% Advance in Total Value

 Payment for every 80 Meters.
 7 working days for Payment clearance.
Terms and Condition :
 Quotation valid for 1 week.
 Utilities like Water and Power to be provided by client.
 Works other than mentioned in scope of work will be charged extra.
 Tools and tackles will arrange by us.
 Dewatering charges if any will be charged extra @ 200/Hr.
 Storage Space for keeping contractor materials and accommodation for team is under
Client scope. 
Taxes
GST – 18% Extra (9% CGST & 9% SGST)
