Rig horizontal stabilizer to O-degree position in accordance with the instructions outlined in references (a), (>), and (c)- b, Install CR3243-4-1 or equivalent rivets in accordance with reference (d)-Genspec/PN 1154 01 Mar 1982 Page 2 of 2 c.
