This study analyzed the relationship between exercise and depression in college students. A survey was administered to 100 students about their exercise habits and depression symptoms. The results showed that students who exercised at least 3 times a week reported fewer depressive symptoms than those who exercised less frequently or not at all. Frequent exercise was correlated with lower rates of depression among college students.
