Acquisition of FineTune
Prometric have recently announced the acquisition of Boston based technology company Finetune,
whose flag-ship solutions are the world's first commercially available products to use state-of-the-art
Natural Language Processing (NLP) transformer models to power AI-driven content generation and
classification, increasing the productivity and creativity of item-authoring and classification, in
tandem with subject matter experts, while greatly improving quality.

Job Responsibilities
• Create, manage and maintain segmentation data to create a prioritized list of target
clients
• Hunt for new opportunities from a list of Enterprise account targets across all solutions
in high revenue opportunity segments targeting Board Members and Executives
• Recommend pricing and understand margin and profitability impact
• Represent Prometric at Industry conferences, events, and meaningful networking
opportunities (e.g., industry conferences)
• Expertise on necessary Prometric solution knowledge know when to call in a technical
expert for appropriate opportunities
• Identify the most suitable value propositions, services, solutions and cost structures for
identified target markets.
• Ensure opportunity adoption and search for expansion opportunities until handoff to the
appropriate Implementation Manager and Account Executive
• Use Prometric sales tools (e.g SFDC) and methodology to effectively manage customer
and opportunity data and maintain complete and effective internal reporting
• For all non-RFP opportunities, lead contract negotiation for commercial items,
coordinate with legal and necessary departments to finalize terms

Experience required

• Strong ‘hunter’ mindset to close new logo deals to exceed quota


• Solution focused sales approach, with a background in selling to Board level/C-suite
executive stakeholders
• Developing new markets, channels or approaches with associated value proposition (can
be in coordination with other team e.g. marketing, SDR, solutions, product)
• Saying “no” to lower potential deals or business not suitable to the organization’s goals
• Excellent presentation and Challenger sales skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated personality, with a desire to support the growth of the
business and to develop internally within the business (this role offers significant career
growth potential as the region expands)
