INTRODUCTION / NARRATIVE:
Total 12 Packages / 137,200Kgs of evaporator effect, top head flange and foul condenser
pre-heater would be transported to Luojing Terminal, Port of Shanghai and to be loaded onto
the ocean vessel “GREAT WOODS” v.2302 at Shanghai for discharging at Lirquen, Chile.
Having got the instruction from principal for checking the heavy cargo loading at Songjiang
factory on 2nd April and then next day to do cargo condition upon arrival at Luojing terminal,
we duly did it accordingly.
Loading at Songjiang, Shanghai Kingsun Steel Product Co., Ltd on 2nd April 2023.
We arrived at the factory at 0900LT on 2nd April, after long time waiting, the loading
commenced at 1500LT and finished at 1640LT then finished lashing at 1735LT on 2nd April.
Whole operation is considered satisfactory.
The heavy cargo (60.22 Mts, #848217-EV-027) was lifted onto truck (SU BN0680) by one
mobile crane (300Mts) and one gantry crane (32Mts) and assistance by proper sling (SWL=30
Mts) and 4 shackles (SWL=17Mts).
The cargo appeared in satisfactory and it has lifting point marks, gravity center marks and
shipping mark, Package Slip and Packing List but no instruction and warning mark.
Cargo Condition Inspection at Luojing Terminal on 3rd April:
Reportedly, below 12 pkgs of cargo has been sent to Luojing Terminal and of which, 11 pkgs
has been discharged and we duly attended to check their condition:

The heavy cargo (60.22Mts, 848217-EV-027) was stored on truck (SU BN0680), cargo was
seated on steel cradles and wrapped with tarpaulin and rope net.
The other 11 pcks of cargo were stored at the open yard of terminal without coverings. The
equipment were packed with tarpaulin, which was torn locally. The lifting point / COG mark
was printed on the outer packing of cargo. just few cargo has no COG mark. Details see photo
report from next page.
No instructions and warnings paper pasted on the cargo, just shipping mark (including the
package number) and Package slip and Packing list pasted on the cargo.
Two crates (848217-EV-032 & 848217-EV-033) were stored at open yard and covered with
tarpaulin.
One small crate (848217-EV-028) was stored at open yard without covering, and it was packed
with aluminum foil sheet and lifting & COG mark was printed on the outer packing.
THE TIMETABLE FOR ATTENDANCE:
0700LT 2nd Apr 2023 Surveyor proceeded to Songjiang factory.

0900LT 2nd Apr 2023 Workers commenced doing preparation
1500LT 2nd Apr 2023 Started loading the heavy cargo onto truck
1640LT 2nd Apr 2023 Finished loading
1730LT 2nd Apr 2023 Finished lashing
1000LT 3rd Apr 2023 Surveyor left base for Luojing Terminal.
1200LT 3rd Apr 2023 Surveyor arrived at the terminal and checking cargo condition.
1430LT 3rd Apr 2023 Checking of cargo condition completed and surveyor left site
for office.
1630LT 3rd April 2023 Arrived office to write report.
CONCLUSION:
Total 12 Packages / 137,200Kgs of evaporator effect, top head flange and foul condenser
pre-heater would be transported to Luojing Terminal, Port of Shanghai and to be loaded onto
the ocean vessel “GREAT WOODS” v.2302 at Shanghai for discharging at Lirquen, Chile.
Upon cargo arrival at terminal, we checked the cargo condition at Luojing Terminal, Port of
Shanghai on 3rd Apr 2023. The cargos were in satisfactory condition.
