Malware, short for “malicious software” refers to software designed to harm or exploit digital devices.
1. Virus: A virus is a type of malware that can replicate itself and spread to other files systems.
2. Worm: A worm is a self-replicating malware program that can spread independently from one computer to
another.
3. Trojan: disguises itself as a legitimate or useful program but carries hidden malicious intent.
4. Spyware: is a type of malware that secretly collects and transmits user information without their knowledge or
consent.
5. Adware: is a form of malware that displays unwanted advertisements on a user’s device.
6. Spam: refers to unwanted or unsolicited bulk emails, typically sent by unknown or unauthorized sources.
7. Phishing: technique individuals into divulging sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, or financial
details.

Grammarly: is an Al-powered writing assistant designed to improve writing accuracy and clarity.
Microsoft Excel: widely used spreadsheet software developed by Microsoft Corporation (1985)
Google Sheets: is a web-based spreadsheet software offered by Google as part of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Zoho Sheets: is part of the Zoho Office Suite, a web-based productivity suite developed by Zoho Corporation
Prezi: offers a great alternative to the traditional presentation formal that goes slide by slide.
Google Slide: is the presentation software available via your Google account. Just like you can create documents and
spreadsheets with Google Docs and Sheets, you can create presentations with Google Slides.
Keynote: is the native Apple presentation software–of the original PowerPoint Presentation.
