Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingridients :
2 Fillets of fresh salmon
Shallots
Garlic
Heavy Cream
Lemon
Salt, Pepper, Oregano

Directions :
1. Heat pan, melt butter; season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear
until both sides are golden.
2. Stir in chopped shallots for aroma; enhance with acidic liquid/stock and
a squeeze of lemon for tang.
3. Remove salmon temporarily; blend in heavy cream with pan remnants.
4. Add fresh parsley to the creamy mixture and let it simmer until sauce
thickens slightly.
5. Re-introduce salmon, immersing it in the sauce, and let it simmer for an
additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Gently plate the salmon, drizzling with the rich sauce before serving.
