• Fluent/Advanced English to conduct Major Incidents meetings, also to send emails
communications to Vice-Presidents, Directors, and Chiefs. • Degree/bachelor’s in computer engineering, or computer science, or computer networking. • 3+ years of IT Support, or networking support, or NOC role background Experience. • knowledge about ITIL Major Incident Management, Incident prioritization matrix also Change management. • knowledge about Network Operations, and Telecom devices (Switches, routers, Firewall etc.). Great communication and presentation skills
