Guidelines for Hosting

the gathering of the

fivefold ministry gifts

A. Rationale
The Hand of God in Perfecting the Saints
11 So, Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,
12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become
mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-13)

When everyone is working together in their gifts and calling, the Church is able to accomplish
more than what any one person could do on their own. The Body of Christ, with the full operation
of the Fivefold Ministry Gifts, just like a hand with complete fingers, functioning in full force,
is able to push back darkness and bring forth its work more efficiently and effectively.

Why is it important to host the gathering in your locality?

Now more than ever, maturity in the Body of Christ is

important until we all reach unity in the faith and reach the full
measure of the stature of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As such, vessels are needed to host this precious anointing, a

divine endowment of the Lord upon the Body of Christ which
is rightfully dispensed only through carefully facilitated
gatherings.

Hosting is more than just event organizing.

It is making room for God's Presence and Glory in your locality.
B. Objectives
Pursuant to Ephesians 4:11-13,
the Gathering of the Fivefold Ministry Gifts aims to:
1. Define and/or realign the ministry calling of every minister;
2. Uphold the Fivefold ministry gifts in the Body of Christ;
3. Mobilize the Body of Christ through the Fivefold ministry gift;
4. Fulfill God’s mandate in this last days;
5. Equip and mentor the Fivefold ministers.

C. The Vision and Its Keeper

1. A Glimpse of the Vision
It was in 2014 when God gave the vision to gather the Fivefold Ministers from
Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. On October 10, 2015, the first National
Gathering at Christian Development Center, Tagaytay City Philippines was
launched.

D. Roles and Responsibilities
1. The Fivefold Core Team
The Fivefold Core Team is composed of full-fledged or emerging Fivefold
Ministers engaged by the Vision Keeper in fulfilling the Fivefold Mandate. The
team is composed of speakers, secretariat, worship team, production team,
and other volunteers who serve under the leadership of the Vision Keeper in
the implementation of the gatherings.

1-A. The Fivefold Speakers

The Fivefold Speakers are ministers who serve as resource persons assigned
and deployed by the Vision Keeper to deliver messages during the Fivefold
Gatherings. They shall:

prepare their message according to the theme;

attend to their own transportation and accommodation cost and
arrangements (unless otherwise sponsored by the host on a voluntary basis);
coordinate with the Secretariat for timekeeping and program flow
management.

1-B. The Fivefold Secretariat

The Secratariat shall be the administrative arms of the Fivefold Gathering. It shall:

ascertain all logistical requirements (i.e. coordination with host,

accommodation and transportation arrangements of the Fivefold Team)
oversee all aspects of event preparation (e.g. registration, venue preparation,
etc.);
conduct remote or on-site inspection of venue, facilities, and equipment prior to
the event;
orchestrate the activities of the Fivefold Speakers, Fivefold Worship Team,
Fivefold Production Team, the Host and other taskforces that may be needed
as deemed necessary.
1-C. The Fivefold Production Team
The Fivefold Production Team is led by To God Be The Glory Production.
It shall:

conduct a live Facebook coverage of the entire event;

prepare, bring, and set-up equipment needed for the task.

1-D. The Fivefold Worship Team

The Fivefold Worship Team is a calloboration of worshipers and musicians who
are under the oversight of the Fivefold Speakers/Ministers. It shall:

coordinate with hosts for collaboration with the local worship team/s;
be on call during ministering and response time before and after the
messages of the speakers;
prepare and lead appropriate praise and worship setlists or songs as needed.
2. The Host
The host may be an individual, church, organization, or ministerial body.
It shall:

prepare the venue and allow the use of the available facilities and
equipment needed for the event;
promote the event to meet the target number of participants;
Note: This may include production of tarpaulin, flyers, or other forms of information dissemination.
facilitate the registration;
Note: The host may collect an appropriate registration fee to cover the costs of the event.
be in charge of the food preparation and distribution;
organize the local praise and worship team;
update and coordinate with the Fivefold Secretariat the status of the
preparations prior to the event;
assist the Fivefold Secretariat in attending to logistical requirements
(accommodation and transportation arrangements of the Fivefold Team);
aid in covering the accommodation and transportation costs of the
Fivefold Team;
collect offerings for each day of the gathering.

NOTE:
The roles and responsibilities of the host may be discussed further and adjusted
as deemed necessary in close coordination with the Fivefold Secretariat.
