COMMUNICATIVE ● Asking and giving directions and recommendations in the context of sightseeing.
Objetive

TIMELINE / SESSION Warm-up: to activate the students vocabulary, they will play a game where one person
MANAGEMENT will be the 'explainer,' and the other will be the 'guesser.' The explainer will choose a
word from and describe its meaning without using the word itself.

Activity 1. To introduce relevant vocabulary related to subject matter, the students will
ask and give for simple directions. They will give the direction using a map and the
vocabulary given.

Activity 2. Speaking moment, the students will engage in a speaking activity, during
which they will discuss the cities they have visited and they will give recommendations
about those places. Following the activity, they will share their findings with the entire
class.
Activity 3. To begin the simulation, each student will be provided with the target
language and assigned a specific role, which will be explained in detail. They will then
engage in an improvisational role-play following a modelled dialogue.
