Dresscode Policy
To : All Employees
I. PURPOSE
In order to maintain a safe, healthy, and functional work environment, ALLNORTH INDUSTRIES, INC.
requires the employee to wear clean and appropriate clothing for the job. Our dress code policy provides
guidelines and some restrictions on acceptable attire in the workplace.

All employees are required to wear a company-issued uniform at all times while working and
representing ALLNORTH INDUSTRIES INC. from Mondays to Fridays.
Outline of proper clothing: All employees’ bottom work attire must fall within the following guidelines:

ALLOWED
Other company uniform, commercial Other company uniform, commercial shirt
TOP shirt except from Boysen, spaghetti except from boysen, or sando/sleeveless

Wearing other company uniform while on site is not allowed. Use plain shirt if necessary.
Our company does allow "casual Saturday," when employees can wear more casual clothing like a
blouse, polo shirt, dress, buttoned shirt, or t-shirt. This won’t apply if employees are meeting with clients,
customers, and other external parties.
