SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CONCEPCION V. CALAG, legal and sole heirs of the deceased Sps. ELIGIO
VILLAFAÑE and MERCEDES SANTUYO, Filipino, married, of legal age, with postal
address at Brgy. Rizal Poblacion Lopez, Quezon, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint JASTINE A. OLIVEROS, of legal age, with postal address at Brgy. Binutas,
Calauag, Quezon to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact to be in my name, place and
stead, to do all the following acts, to wit:

1. To transact, negotiate, process all the necessary documents to all

government agencies particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue, The Registry
of Deeds, Office of the Municipal Assessor, The Municipal Treasury,
Department of Agrarian Reform and other agency with regards to the
transfer of properties;
2. To sign, execute and or submit all documents that maybe necessary to be
signed and submitted in connection with the above authority,
3. TO SIGN, EXECUTE, TRANSACT any and all necessary documents to the
above given authority and do and perform all acts relative thereto;

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto said Attorney-In-Fact full necessary

power and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could, if
personally present and acting in person.

HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFORMING all that my said Attorney-In-Fact may

also do cause to be done under and virtue of these presents.
