ROSA Polli Sanstha and businesses and increase company revenue.

This project aims to increase the brand awareness of the company and increase its
revenue by connecting to clients and businesses

The company will target young, corporate and fashionable gentlemen between 18 to 65
years of age in all around Bangladesh. Individuals or companies interested in real
estate investments may consider purchasing hotel suite shares as a means of generat-
ing rental income and potential capital appreciation. These investors may be looking
for opportunities to diversify their investment portfolios and seek attractive returns.
Strategy The company will tap famous designers and professional photographers to

Due date of each installment is the 10th of each month
If Rosa Properties wants any kind of change regarding contract or terms, a 72 hours’ notice have to be provided.
For any operational issues, there have to be a 48 hours’ notice
Agreement will be applicable only One Month.
Feature Brand Maker Firm will not be liable for anything regarding any target of
Rosa Properties that they have regarding their operation with their client
