STEWARDS’ DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

(SPICES)

This Development Program involves a continuous process of facilitating every Steward’s Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural, Emotional, and Social (SPICES) improvements
so that the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives of the school are more effectively achieved. Stewards’ development opportunities are based on the identified needs and gaps in the
existing conditions that once enhanced will be reflected in improved job performance, productivity, and personal satisfaction. The conduct of a year-round development program for the
professional and spiritual advancement of both teaching and non-teaching personnel provides a fair and equitable way of ensuring that individual needs are met.
