Subject: Request letter for Transfer Admission on Behalf of My Child

Dear Deputy Commissioner for Admissions,

I am writing to submit an application for transfer admission on behalf of my children,

Vaishnavi Tiwari (9th) and Om Tiwari (8th), to Kendriya Vidyalaya AMC. As a parent, I
have carefully reviewed the admission requirements and believe that Kendriya
Vidyalaya AMC will provide an excellent academic and personal growth opportunity
for my child.

My children were enrolled as a student at Kendriya Vidyalya N0-1 Airforce, Jamnagar,

where they have completed eight years of study. While they have had a positive
experience at their previous institution, we believe that transferring to Kendriya
Vidyalaya AMC will offer unique advantages and better align with my child's
academic and career aspirations.

Actually my children were enrolled in Kendriya Vidyalaya NO-1 Airforce, Jamnagar,

on merit basis. Currently I have been transferred (posted) to Lucknow by my
company and due to my job we had to leave Jamnagar with family. I have already
taken transfer certificate from their previous school. So, I request you to please let
my children take admission in KV AMC. I have been facing the admission issue from
last month itself. No one from my family lives in Jamnagar so, due to these
consequences I had to leave the place and I have already shifted in Lucknow with
family. I request you to please consider my application and allow my children for
same.

Enclosed with this application, you will find all the required documents, including my
child's completed transfer application form, academic transcripts from their previous
institution, and any other supporting materials as specified in the transfer admission
guidelines.
