Welcome to the Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort, thank you for choosing us as the venue of
your meeting today

My name is Erik Febriansyah from safety and security department

Today I would like to give a short brief about safety and security aspect

Our building is equipped with international standard of fire suppression system and public
address system, and the hotel fire advance team is stand by for 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

When the fire alarm ringing, our fire advance team will come to the suspected scene in
immediate time to further identify whether it is real or false alarm

The Grand Aston Puncak & Resort is also is built according to the anti-earthquake standard and
its designed to minimize the impact and damage caused by the earthquake

In the event of emergency situation, our well trained staffs will guide you to the safest area to
the assembly point located at the north side of the main building / near the hotel entrance

The nearest emergency way from here is:

1. Use the door on my right side and follow the exit sign to assembly point area.
2. Use the door on my left side and follow the exit sign to assembly point area.

Today we don’t have a fire drill or alarm testing

We also have medical team, stand by 24 hours

In the event where intensive treatment is needed, the nearest hospital from here can be
reached in 10 minutes is CIMACAN Hospital
