Nothing abnormal occurred initially, however blood pressure suddenly increased to 140/90 mmHg, pulse became very strong. 3. Observation of intake and output showed decreased urine output with increased density, indicating dehydration. Collaboration provided antipyretics useful for heat reduction and strong pulse.
