Contract to Permit Hemp Land

“License Holder”- Stephen Adams

“Land Owner and grower”- David Allen
“Just cause”- Illegal activity or activity outside the State Hemp Farm Bill Rules and Regulations.

License holder’s duties and responsibilities consist of holding the license on the property located
at 1344 S Dixie Rd, Salley, SC 29137 with the understanding that they will not receive any
monetary gain from anything at the previously stated address. All hemp seeds and plants
located at above address solely belong to the land owner and grower. License holder cannot
revoke license unless illegal activity is performed. The licensce holder has the right to cancel
this contract with just cause. If ther is no just cause behind revocation, license holder will be
required to reimburse for value of the crop and infrastructure cost. License holder is not liable
for COA fees, testing fees, or hot crop disposal fees. License holder will not be held responsible
for any legal fees should any (Theft, Total loss, lein, Legal action, Suit, Illegal activity, Natural
desaster) or rise from not following the State Hemp Farm Bill Rules and Regulations. This
contract is valid until December 31,2019 or otherwise stated.

Contract Land Owner and Grower

Land owner and grower are responsible for COA fees, testing fees and hot crop disposal fees.
Land owner and grower will abide by all state rules and regulations in regards to growing hemp.
Bi-weekly site inspections will be allowed to be conducted by the license holder. Should any
legal issues arise that are solely repercussions of land owner’s and grower’s actions, they will
be responsible for the legal fees of the License Holder as well as compensation for any lost crop
due to gross neglangese or illegal activity or activity outside the State Hemp Farm Bill Rules and
Regulations. Liscence holder has the right to cancel this contract at anytime.
