Miss Tien: Hello. My name is Ngoc Tien. I’m from City Garden company. I have an
appointment with Sandra Bates.
Receptionist: Hello Miss Tien. Welcome to Masteri. I’m afraid Ms. SB is not available
now. She will come a few minutes. Would you mind waiting? In the meantime, Can I get
you something to refreshment or drink ?
Miss Tien: No, thanks. Whether if I could use a phone ?
Receptionist: All right. I will. If you need to use email, please say.
Miss Tien: Oh..No. I just have a phone, please.
Receptionist: Of course, you can use it now.
Miss Tien: Thank you!
(A few minutes later)
Miss Tien: Thank you very much!
Receptionist: Not of all. Should you need anything else please do not hesitate to ask me.
Miss Tien: Yes. Let me ask how far it is to the station?
Receptionist: it’s about two minutes. Do you need a book taxi?
Miss Tien: Oh yes. Many thanks. That would be great! Can we say four o’clock.
Receptionist: Right. I will. I think Ms. SB is free and you can see her now. I will take
you to her office.
Miss Tien: Thank you so much!
