Please note that incorrect, not clear, or missed information to be stated on the timesheet can result in wrong or delayed
payment, please follow this guideline:
Actual working hours including overtime needs to be stated by clearly mentioning starting hour and the hour
finished for each day separately.
Based on the contract travel day must be marked - travel day hours must be stated in remarks and actual working
hours filled as stated above.
Total working hours and overtime hours need to be stated by number separately.
Any notes related to working hours/operations or received cash advance on board need to be stated in remarks.
Timesheet must be signed by the employee and client representative .
