TikTok Application: Building Confidence

Grade 12 HUMSS Students at Arellano University Elisa Esguerra Campus

You are being asked to participate in Arrellano University approved research study
conducted by students from the Senior High School Department at Arellano University Elisa
Esguerra Campus. The results will be presented for their research project. You may participate in
this research study if you are a Grade 12 senior high school student at Arellano University Elisa
Esguerra Campus belonging in the Humanities and Social Sciences Strand.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify prospective Grade 12 HUMSS students at

the Arellano University Elisa Esguerra Campus and determine if how the TikTok App will help a
student boost their self confidence and prove if this will be able to help students build their self
steem. We strongly encourage you to be as honest and accurate as you can when responding to the
questions. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated.

Your trust means a lot to us. In accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012,
also known as RA-10173, we value and protect every piece of data that we acquire from you.
Information that can be regarded as personal includes any information such as your name, age and
