Subject: changing of the work hours
As you know that, our country faced with the problem of corona virus and our government
through its ministry of health give direction on how to prevent against the corona, because
this disease become very dangerous all over the world.
Following that, as company we have decided to reduce the time to work for all workers as a
measure against the disease. Instead of working from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from October 14,
2020 the working time will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. In addition to that every office
which has more than two staffs will inter to work for shift.
The timetable of shift will be released as soon as possible by management. So, all staffs in
this company are required to take all measures as said by ministry of health and to follow
new system effectively as said in above until other system will be provided by management,
apart from that the management insist the workers to work hard to accomplish your
responsibilities so as to develop our company. Thank you for considering our information.
