Regional Office, Kolkata as Manager - Purchase, since 2017 March to 2017 July & looked after the

specialized contract, land development & pre-project contracts.

(c)Driving continuous improvement Procure to pay process with Market Survey & Price monitoring of
civil materials.

(d)Summaries the indented items, preparing the RFQ, making Comparative statements, Rate analysis,
Preparation of Cost model, Negotiation, Tax implication & Placement of Purchase order& Work orders
for their delivery & Job execution.

(e)Anticipate customer requirement/need, ensuring availability of materials & services in time

(f) Up dated with different civil material &services, potential source, supply &logistics.
