OBJECTIVE:
A career in your organization that allows me to make my contribution to the organization and
society, along with increased responsibilities and Challenges. To gain experience of the corporate
world through working in organizations as to develop a work ethic and improve my personality and
Communication skills in a professional environment. I am very much interested in economics and
analyzing data. Apart from just a nerd I’ve been keen to learn about how the mechanism of the
societies of IBA runs. I believe that all my ideas in the societies would create a revolutionary impact.

CREDENTIALS
Social Internship at Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation (AMTF).

My job description was to devise and carry out various promotional activities as well as data
collection and analysis of key performance indicator To aid the higher management’s decision
making process. The internship also included visits to various corporate and institutional donors.
FurtherI managed a 3 day project of blood donation drive conducted during the month of July.

Project management in SCIENCE EXPO BSS:

I’ve been assigned with research work on the different Muslim scientist and work of Muslims around
the world. The research enhanced my abilities as managing and gathering props for the event and
even I’ve seen how Rich and diligent Muslims scientist were. My task is to take as much information
about the scientist and bring sculptures of Those scientist in order to make the project more
realistic.

Motivation for the societies:

Why Music Society?

The Major reason for why the society is bringing it’s interest towards me is that it really gives the
music the value which it deserve. The events and collaborations of the society does not only
attracted me to take my part in it but it could help me enhance my abilities in management. I’ve
seen many of my friend’s who are still in the society have been enjoying their work and the work
becomes enjoyable who doesn’t want to do that right?

My contributions in any society?

I am a singer myself and I felt devouted and delighted when I feel the music and music society brings
me a platform and a chance to express my talent and skills in singing and also apart from singing it
can help me learn about other skills which can enhance my music knowledge
ACTION PLAN:

IBA MUSIC SOCIETY:

IBA’s music society has the potential to grow to be the largest organisation there. There are only few
things that unite us as a nation and music is one of them. Music is a binding force for people and we
can use IMS’s platform to unite the student body at IBA.. I being the member of IMS would like to
take few steps so that our society becomes the biggest and plays an important role to unite the IBA
student body..

 Using IBA jamming room: IBA has recently been introduced with this platform means we can
see immense talent there as all kind of musicians and all kind of genre is welcomed. People
usually here have a great audience fear which is understandable but with the help of it we
can atleast be able to take over that fear as many talented producers singers who write their
own songs are going to be valued there

 Using music as a source to unite: IBA has a very diverse environment. We get to meet people
from every culture and class. We can use music to unite all of the people by holding more
events like the three-day music festival, in which we can have different themes for all the
days of the events.

 As an office bearer of this society: my action plan is as followed; for my new introduced plans
which has not ever taken place before will be the upbringing of independent artists, more
specifically the ones who are composing their own pieces and vocals. IBA has a mass crowd
of listeners that appreciate talent and music, it is just that these new artists go unnoticed
and are suppressed. With the aid of the jamming rooms which IBA has recently introduced,
such artists and those that enjoy singing and want to take their talent to next levels surely
get the upper hand and the support to do so. Open mics will be held too along with singing
competitions with the presence of judges so that it is not just business professionals that IBA
produce, but some great artists too in the near future. Music is not just about singers and
guitarists, it is surely what everyone enjoys, that is only because it is how the algorithm goes
and what the current trend is. Along with my other plans, I intend to give a chance to
producers and beatboxers too as it is a form of music minus the singing, not only will it be
counted as the new ‘trend setter’ it is a certain revolution for the IBA Music Society, and
more inclusions mean more likings. With those producers we discover within IBA, they are of
aid to our chosen society as we have good music to groove to at raves and other similar
events.
 Through the budget: I accumulate from future possible sponsors and the IBA budget, I am
going to be organizing atleast one mega concert for the people of IBA upon whichever singer
is most demanded by the students and within our possible contact. Music is a source of
unity, IBA has such a diverse environment with students belonging to so many cultures, just
as some other societies have long enjoyable events which are worthwhile, a 3 day music
festival is also in plans and is going to be a massive hit whenever it tends to be in action.
