    GREEN
    Respectful, Positive, Productive
    Green means deliberately respectful. Shifting your perspective
    and being socially aware. You bring your best self to work when
    you’re green.

    YELLOW
    Frustrating, Irritating, Demotivating
    Yellow means being unthinkingly reactive and sometimes
    insensitive and rude. You’re not your best self when yellow.

    ORANGE
    Disrespectful, Alienating, Demoralizing
    Orange means deliberately referencing legally protected grounds
    (race, sex, gender, etc.) regardless of co-workers’ comfort. You’re
    engaging in risky behaviour when you go orange.

    RED
    Toxic, Destructive, Unlawful
    Red means the orange behavior happens frequently or is severe
    and it negatively affects the workplace, making it toxic. Red
    conduct is illegal.
