The research aims to investigate from the personal teaching experience
what the pedagogical adaptation of an urban teacher to the indigenous
community of Limoncillo Santa Cruz Zenzontepec Oaxaca is like in the
2022-2023 school year, to investigate how it develops in a pedagogical
way, as well as the influence it presents on the part of the community, to
reflect on the adaptive and contextual processes it faces.

Why conduct a research on teacher adaptation to an indigenous


environment?
The majority of the researches are situated taking as reference the
contents or the students, however there are few researches oriented to
know the process of teacher adaptation to an indigenous environment,
according to the search carried out in a systematic way it was analyzed
that few texts related to the problematic of teacher adaptation, that is why
the present work is important since it contributes in an academic way
leaving a record of the problems that the urban teacher presents at the
moment of adapting to a rural and indigenous environment.

What will be the contributions of this research?


In a direct way it will serve as a guide for the new teachers of the
telesecundaria of the community of Limoncillo Santa Cruz Zenzontepec,
to know how they can integrate efficiently with the population and
generate in an optimal way their adaptive process, and also serves as a
guide for teachers who go to an indigenous community and where the
characteristics of the populations are similar.
EXPERIENCIA DEL CURSO

El curso que se llevó a cabo durante los días 22 y 23 de julio de 2023 fue
sumamente enriquecedor en cuanto a conocimientos del idioma inglés. Pude
realizar una autocrítica y evaluar la comprensión y dominio del idioma, situación
para lo cual me he dispuesto a continuar con el estudio de dicho idioma antes
mencionado. Lo que concierne a la parte docente no me queda más que decir que
fue excelente, dominio de los temas expuestos y una dinámica única para hacer la
clase amena, así también existió motivación para continuar pese a las
equivocaciones que se suscitaron por parte de los estudiantes. Una excelente
docente.
