ANNOUNCEMENT

The Moving-Up Ceremony is about to begin, so before we start the

ceremony, let me remind everyone to turn your cellphones to silent mode and be
courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud. During the presentation
of the completers, we encourage you to express your pride by applauding and
cheering. THANK YOU.

INTRODUCTION I

Today, signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the

relentless pursuit of knowledge: Knowledge that will enable a person to
embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose.

It is a great privilege for us to celebrate this meaningful and memorable

event with so much joy and enthusiasm.

NATIONAL ANTHEM

To officially commence today’s special event, requesting everyone to

take a moment of sacred silence and solemnity for the Doxology and please do
remain standing in stillness of respect and in spirit of patriotism for the singing
of the Philippine National Anthem.

INTRODUCTION II

May we all be seated!

According to the compelling quotation from Skinner, Education is what

survives when what has been learned has been forgotten. And from the general
prologue of Geoffrey Chaucer, in his Canterbury Tales, he cited, that life is so
short the craft so long to learn.

A triumphant and victorious morning to each one of you. Today is July

6, 2023 and welcome to the Moving-up Ceremony with the theme:
“Katuwang ng Pamayanan sa Paghubog ng Batang Maka-Diyos, Makatao,
at Makakalikasan” here in Barangay Bacuyong, Piñan, Zamboanga del
Norte.
 This is a much-awaited event in every child’s lives, as it gives the returns to
the efforts put in by every child throughout their academic endeavor. Today, is
indeed a day that is full of joy and enthusiasm, and the day about pride and
accomplishments.

OPENING REMARKS

To formally welcome us all in this memorable event, may I call in the

Punong Barangay of Bacuyong, may we have Hon. Ronald B. Dancalan,Sr..
Let’s give him a big round of applause.

TULA I

Now, at this juncture, let us welcome the Bacuyong Preschoolers for their

Presentation of Candidates for Graduation/ Confirmation of Graduation

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our
midst. May I call in the Child Development Worker of Barangay Adante, Ms.
Bernadith Baje, Child Development Worker of Barangay Segabe

presentation of the Candidates of Completion to be followed by the Acceptance
and Confirmation of our very own Municipal Social Welfare and Development

this years’ Moving-Up ceremony, May we call on Barangay Captain Jose R.

At this juncture, let us now hear a message from our MSWDO of Piñan,

In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that
will embody inferred emotions. At this point in time Ladies and Gentlemen, Let

SURPRISE NUMBER

Now, to entertain us all we will have a surprise number, ila jud daw kuno
tang e surprise, ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome the Segabe Parent
Committee. Atu silang Pakpakan!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Before we conclude these ceremony, we would like to convey our sincerest

felicitations to all those who in every way have made this occasion a success.

To our esteemed guests, thank you for gracing this momentous event
with us. Your presence is indeed an inspiration.

To the Child Development Workers, we are truly grateful for the gift of
learnings and meaningful life experiences you have shared with our completers.

and of course to our dear parents, thank you for being the constant
partners in educating your children. Your trust and confidence have been a
powerful thrust to give quality education.

To our completers, we salute you for you have survived the challenges.
We hope that your education coupled with commitment, passion, and hard work
will propel you to greater heights of success. Once again, congratulations on
your Moving Up and God bless you on your future endeavors.

CLOSING REMARKS

At this point in time, to formally close this Ceremony, let us hear an

important message. Ladies and Gentlemen, let us welcome Hon. Julius E.
