Cremosa Ice candy was first sold this week and it was very successful.

Our ice candy is

perfectly and neatly mixed and packed which will make our buyers crave for more because of its
creaminess and deliciousness.

 On the first day, we bought our ingredients at Puregold Dolores so that we can buy them
in one go and it will be less hassle.

 For the second day, we created the Cremosa Ice candy with this process:

• Heat 4L of water and put 1/4kg cornstarch then mix it thoroughly until it boils.

• Then add 1 and ½ sugar, 3 cans evap milk, shake powder and let it cool.

• Using a funnel, pour in the mixture in ice candy bags. To avoid leaks, make sure to
secure the bag by tying the knot tight.

• Put it in the freezer. After 2-3 hours, flip the ice candies and continue to freeze it until
completely frozen.

 On the third day, that was the first time we sold our Cremosa Ice candy and we nailed it
because we gained a lot of customers on the first day of selling and it was a great success.

 On the last day of selling, we garnered a great success because we manage to sell
our product in just half of the day. With its cheap price, the buyers will not be
disappointed instead they will buy more ice candies to replenish themselves from the hot
weather we are in.
