Project Management Reaction Paper

Consider preparing a party as an example if you have experience leading a team. This
will begin with the initial initiative—initiating your coworkers to help create this event. After
that, you'll continue with the planning process, during which you'll decide on the locations,
invites, attendees, theme, and other details. With this Mr. Dave Estrella made us clear that while
coming up with a project you will still apply the research kind of procedure from the statistics,
safety measurements and such. As I have always believed, when things get off to a smooth start,
they continue to be smooth. If you want to host a party with planning, you will need to
communicate with your team better since good communication will set the stage for amazing
execution. You'll be working on project design, as Dr. Schoper predicted; will people like it?
Will the visitor be enthusiastic to join your gathering? IS YOUR EVENT PROPERLY
ORDERED? You will notice the venue's safety precautions, disaster awareness, and similar
things during execution. You must be knowledgeable of how to lead well if you are a project
initiator or manager. As a group influencer, you must work with a team, practice good
governance, and listen to their opinions in order to create a successful event. Your team meeting
will be one of your key goals for organizing the event after these first two phases. The key to this
phase will be control and measurements. Since most risk-related issues call for the use of critical
thinking skills, the hazards in particular should be examined and given more attention. This calls
for the use of quick and critical thinking abilities, particularly at a party. Everyone is aware that
Filipinos are prone to criticism. There are
several proverbs that refer to the meal, occasion, and execution. When a loophole occurs, project
managers should react quickly, like a cheetah. Your team will be getting an evaluation when the
tournament comes to a conclusion. This includes consumer and staff feedback for use as
examples in corporate projects in the future. The party's success Did you turn a profit on the
project? Are all of your staff completely worn out? We shouldn't worry about the company's
reputation during evaluation times. We should also be gathering employee rights. Without them,
your project will fall short; analogously, if one leg of the body isn't functioning, the complete
body would suffer.

There are numerous lessons to be learned from the project management event, but the one
I mentioned above is the one I really remember. I use a party as an example as well since it is
relatable. A casual supper with family and friends is comparable to a celebration. It will start
with an initiation and finish with closure and assessment for subsequent occurrences, much like a
