VIII. Recipe
 Ingredients
 6 cups glutinous rice
 Banana leaves
 6 cups coconut cream
 4 tspn salt
 4 tspn sugar
 Water

 Procedure
 Put the 6 cups of glutinous rice in a bowl and add water until the bowl is almost full. Set
aside for 1 hour.
 Put the 6 cups of coconut cream in another bowl and add the salt and sugar. Also add a little
bit of water and mix.
 Put banana leaves in open fire to harden the banana leaves so it won’t break in wrapping
process. After that process wipe the banana leaves with a clean towel.
 After the glutinous rice is fully set, separate the water and the glutinous rice.
 Prepare a banana leaf in a bowl and put the glutinous rice and the coconut cream. Wrap it
and use a rope to tighten the wrapping.
 Put it in a cooking pot with boiling water. Boil it for 1 to 2 hours.
 Lastly serve it.
